PRODUCT

We specialize in a wide range of phone accessories and electronics, including phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, power banks, earphones, headphones, smartwatches, speakers, and much more! We stock products for various phone brands and general electronic needs.

Yes, we are committed to providing only genuine and/or high-quality products. We source our items directly from reputable manufacturers and authorized distributors. We have labelled most products with their respective brands.

We also sell generic products (products that do not have any labelled brands on their package). This does not mean they are fake. Such products might be labelled as being ‘generic’ from the product page of each product. Please, always carefully read the description of each product to avoid any misunderstandings.

Products from our shop are made from different kinds of material, and most products have been specified as to the material they are made of in their description. Please read the description of each product carefully.

Products that have various variations will have an option to pick whichever option you might be interested in on the product page. You will not be able to purchase without picking an option for such products.

SHIPPING

We are primarily an online e-commerce store. However, we have an office in Nairobi CBD that is only used as our base of operations. If you are in Nairobi CBD and want a delivery, we can do it in about one hour.

We do not ship outside of Kenya since we only sell our products in Kenya.

We use various couriers depending on the nature of the order and the location where it is to be delivered. Couriers are dependent on the order and the shipping method chosen by the customer.

The cost of shipping is also dependent on many factors, eg, mass, volume, amount, nature of the product, etc. The cost will vary based on those factors and any other factors that we shall consider in the future.

Yes, definitely. For small orders, you are able to combine your orders and save on shipping costs. This, however, changes when you choose to ship a big/expensive product from our online store, and the cost of the big/expensive product will apply.

We may offer local pickup options in select areas. Please check our “Contact Us” or “Shipping & Delivery” page for the latest information on pickup points. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Nairobi Metropolitan Area: Same day if you make an order before 11:30 am, and next day delivery if you make an order past 11:30 am.
  • Major Towns (outside Nairobi): 1-3 business days
  • Other Regions: 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and unforeseen circumstances or public holidays may cause slight delays.
ORDER & PAYMENT

Simply browse our website, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided through the steps to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method.

We offer a variety of convenient payment options for our Kenyan customers, including:

  • Mobile Money: M-Pesa and Airtel Money are our most popular and recommended payment methods.
  • Debit/Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted through secure payment gateways.
  • Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers may be available for larger orders (for this, you will have to contact us).

Yes, we offer a secure payment gateway for all our customers’ purchases. Even we, do not have any access to your payment information, and we do not store your payment information on our website. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

A credit or debit card can be rejected if you do not have sufficient amount of money in the respective card. Please always make sure to confirm that you have enough balance in your credit/debit card before using it as your method of payment.

Yes, certain payment methods may have transactional fees based on the method that you use to pay. It is important to visit the website of the payment companies you choose to use (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Bank)  and review their transactional charges.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately or within 1 hour. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if the order has already been processed for shipping, we may not be able to make changes.

Due to the nature of our business, we generally do not offer any refunds. Please review our return and refund policy to get acquainted with our return and refund policy

Yes, sometimes, we offer discounts, promotions, and coupons for our products. Please keep checking the website and our coupons page to be able to get these deals.

Many of our chargers support various fast charging technologies. Please check the product description for compatibility with your device’s fast charging standards (e.g., USB Power Delivery, Quick Charge, Adaptive Fast Charging).

We try to provide competitive prices that might match other retailers or even be better than their prices.

For products under manufacturer warranty, repairs are handled by the authorized service centers. We can assist you in connecting with them if needed. For out-of-warranty repairs, please contact our customer support for recommendations or assistance.
