3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Typical delivery times are:

  • Nairobi and Kiambu County – Same day delivery if you order before 12:00hrs. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery past 12:00 hrs, as this will depend on the courier.
  • Other major towns – Next day delivery will apply.
  • Far towns – Wajir, Mandera, Lamu, Lodwar, etc. delivery can take up to 5 days depending on the courier

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
